Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pyrate Industries' dumpster rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Period

• Standard rental period is 7 days from the date of delivery
• Extended rentals are available for an additional daily fee
• Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to schedule pickup or extend your rental

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being placed in our dumpsters:

• Hazardous materials (chemicals, solvents, pesticides)
• Flammable liquids (gasoline, oil, paint thinner)
• Tires and batteries
• Medical waste and pharmaceuticals
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Electronics (TVs, computers, monitors)
• Refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners containing freon
• Any materials prohibited by local, state, or federal law

Violation of this policy may result in additional fees and/or removal of prohibited items at your expense.

4. Weight Limits

Each dumpster size has a maximum weight allowance included in the rental price. Exceeding the weight limit will result in additional charges at our standard overage rate.

• 10-Yard Dumpster: Up to 2 tons included
• 20-Yard Dumpster: Up to 3 tons included
• 30-Yard Dumpster: Up to 4 tons included
• Overage fee: $130 per additional ton

5. Concrete & Heavy Debris

We specialize in concrete, asphalt, brick, and stone disposal. However, heavy materials require special pricing due to weight considerations. Please inform us if your project involves heavy debris so we can provide accurate pricing. Heavy debris dumpsters may have lower fill lines and stricter weight limits.

6. Placement & Access

• Customer is responsible for ensuring clear and safe access for delivery and pickup
• Dumpster should be placed on a firm, level surface (driveway preferred)
• Street placement may require permits from your local municipality
• Customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits
• We are not liable for damage to driveways, landscaping, or underground utilities

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before scheduled delivery: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery: Subject to cancellation fee
• No-shows or refused deliveries: Subject to trip charge

8. Liability

Pyrate Industries is not responsible for any damage to private property during delivery, placement, or pickup unless caused by our negligence. Customer assumes responsibility for ensuring the placement area is suitable and free from obstructions, underground utilities, or other hazards.

9. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of booking or upon delivery
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash
• Additional charges (overages, extended rental) will be billed upon pickup
• Past due accounts may be subject to collection and additional fees
